The Chinatown Police Station is a conceptual master plan and renovation design for two historic buildings in Chinatown. Work  included reproofing and repairs to the existing roof.  

 

In the master plan included a police substation, community patrol office, a Chinese restaurant, landscaped courtyard and a Chinatown museum. An existing conditions report was prepared to analyze the extent of renovations necessary to bring the older buildings up to current building code standards and to meet the functional requirements of the new uses. The goal for the exterior design was to maintain the historic style of the buildings in Chinatown.
