HICKAM AFB FAMILY HOUSING RENOVATIONS

AM Partners was contracted to draft both Phase I and II of a multi-phased whole house renovation plan. Services included existing conditions analysis, programming, and redesign of Junior Non-commissioned Officer Family Quarters.

The repair and renovation included 166 duplex, four-plex, and six-plex family housing units originally built in the 1930's. Infrastructure upgrades, site renovations, the redesigning of unit floor plans, upgrade and renovation of building exteriors were all part of the work done by AMP. The project garnered a merit award from the BIA Renaissance competition.
