The Queen Kamamalu Office Building is an existing 9-story office building of 88,000+ SF. The scope of work encompasses interior and exterior building renovation, new electrical, water, fire-protection distribution systems, re-roofing and working with SHPD and DPP to complete Historic Preservation and Capital Design District Permits for the project.

The project also includes providing a building renovation design to meet LEED Silver Certification. The Kamamalu Building Renovation is one of the first State of Hawaii projects to incorporate a full systems design to connect directly into the Deep Sea Water Air Conditioning (SWAC) System Grid. The programmed project cost is estimated at approximately $26 million.
