Le Jardin Academy Middle School, High School and Gymnasium, Kailua, Hawaii. This project site required working within the constraints of existing Conditional Use Permit that restricted the floor area and height of the designed facilities.

The phased project included the design and construction of four new buildings: two-classroom middle school, 4-classroom building for middle and high school programs, a two story 12-classroom high school building, and a gymnasium facility with locker room and concession areas.
