Position Overview
We are looking for a highly skilled and detail-oriented Project Architect to join our team for a long-term, full-time position.
​
As a Project Architect, you will lead and collaborate on a wide range of projects from concept to completion. Your creativity, technical expertise, and passion for design will play a pivotal role in shaping Hawaii’s built environment and exceeding our clients' expectations.

Key Responsibilities

Project Management: Successfully manage and lead multiple projects of various sizes and complexities. Manage costs and schedules effectively to keep the projects on track and on budget.

Client Interaction: Engage with clients to build positive relationships, understand their needs, and manage expectations.

Team Collaboration: Collaborate with engineers, contractors, and consultants to facilitate successful project delivery.

Technical Expertise: Oversee and lead the production of detailed architectural drawings, specifications, cost estimates, and schedules.

Code Compliance: Stay up to date with building codes, regulations, and industry best practices to ensure projects meet all required standards.

Quality Control: Conduct quality control checks to ensure project documentation complies with client goals, regulations, and design standards.

Construction Administration: Oversee construction activities, including site visits, reviewing submittals, and ensuring compliance with design intent and local building codes.
Qualifications
-
Must be a Hawaii resident with the ability to work in-office. No relocation or international applicants will be considered. This is not a remote position.

Licensed architect in the State of Hawaii with 3+ years of experience as a licensed Architect.

Bachelor’s degree or higher in architecture from an accredited institution.

Excellent organizational and project management skills.

Team player with effective communication and interpersonal abilities.

Ability to operate with limited supervision.
-
Detail-oriented and committed to delivering high-quality work.
Technical Requirements
-
Proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD, Microsoft Office, and Google Workspace.

Strong understanding of building codes and regulations.

Strong in architectural detailing.
Salary Range
$85,000 to $100,000

Salary is commensurate with an overall evaluation of your work experience, technical skills, and people skills.
